The ACT Program:

Utilizes an interdisciplinary team approach to serve children between the ages of 10-21 years old with mental health needs. The Youth ACT program is an alternative to out-of-home placement, is family driven, and serves the purpose of improving the functioning of children at home, in school and in the community!

What you will be doing in your role:

The licensed mental health professionals will be a part of an interdisciplinary team that will provide individualized treatment interventions to the child and their family/caregivers to address the clinical needs of the child and the systematic needs of the family.

• Engage youth and their families in their home/community
• Create individualized service plans
• Complete assessments
• Provide skill development
• Help provide stabilization for youth and family
• Transition youth from Youth ACT to community-based services

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Human Services or related field from an accredited college or university accompanied by appropriate license required.
• Licensed include, but are but are not limited to: Psychologists, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LCAT.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to maintain insurance throughout employment required.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
